Украшения Santlier созданы из драгоценных металлов, со вставками или без них. Бережный уход помогает сохранять их внешний вид.
Основной уход
- Снимайте украшения перед контактом с бытовой химией, хлором и ацетоном.
- Надевайте украшения после нанесения косметики и парфюма.
- Избегайте механических ударов и трения.
- Храните украшения отдельно друг от друга.
- Не храните изделия во влажной среде.
Протирайте украшение мягкой тканью без абразива и пропитки. Способ чистки выбирайте с учётом покрытия и вставок; если сомневаетесь — обратитесь к ювелиру.
Рекомендация Santlier
Мы рекомендуем периодически проводить профессиональную чистку украшений и проверку закрепки камней у ювелира.
Серебро может темнеть при контакте с окружающей средой. Храните украшение сухим, отдельно от других изделий. Протирайте мягкой тканью. Средства для чистки серебра применяйте только после проверки их совместимости со вставками; для родия и золочения этот способ не подходит.
Родий придаёт поверхности холодный белый оттенок и блеск. Покрытие постепенно изнашивается. Не используйте абразивы, полировальные пасты и жёсткие щётки. При необходимости покрытие можно обновить у ювелира.
Берегите украшение от ударов и трения о твёрдые поверхности. Храните отдельно от других изделий и протирайте мягкой тканью. Если золото покрыто родием, следуйте рекомендациям для родиевого покрытия.
Моассаниты, огранённые синтетические алмазы и природные бриллианты — разные материалы. Материал указан в карточке вашей версии украшения. Берегите вставки и закрепку от ударов. Способ чистки выбирайте с учётом всего изделия, включая покрытие.
Позолоченное украшение протирайте мягкой тканью без пропитки и абразива. Не используйте полировальные пасты и средства для чистки серебра. Снимайте перед купанием, спортом и бытовыми работами. Изношенное покрытие можно обновить у ювелира.
Периодически проверяйте закрепку вставок у ювелира. Если камень подвижен или изделие повреждено, прекратите носку до проверки. Ультразвуковую и паровую чистку доверьте специалисту после оценки металла, покрытия и вставок.
Santlier jewelry is covered by a three-year warranty from the date you receive the piece.
The warranty covers manufacturing defects in the jewelry and its stone settings. If there is a problem with your piece, email jewelry@santlier.ru. We will inspect it and determine the cause.
If the issue is covered by the warranty, Santlier will remedy the manufacturing defect free of charge. If repair is not possible, the next steps will be determined in accordance with the terms of sale and the applicable rights of the buyer.

Polishing is not carried out automatically at every service. Whether it is necessary and appropriate depends on the condition of the individual piece.
Restoring rhodium or gold plating, repairs, replacing stones and other restoration work are not automatically included in complimentary cleaning and are agreed separately.
Servicing is by appointment. Arrangements for handing over or shipping the jewelry are agreed before it is accepted for servicing.
